Arsenazo III

Arsenazo III is a metallochromic indicator dye used to quantify micromolar levels of calcium ions (Ca2+) and to detect metals like thorium, zirconium, uranium, and rare earth elements. It is applied in both in vitro assays, such as calcium flux studies, and in vivo research for metal ion detection.
