ATTO 700 Alkin is an alkyne derivative of ATTO 700, with maximum excitation/emission wavelengths of 700/716 nm. As a click chemistry reagent, ATTO 700 Alkin contains an Alkyne group that can participate in copper-catalyzed Azide-Alkyne Cycloaddition (CuAAc) reactions with azide-containing molecules.
