Avidin Glucose Oxidase Conjugated

Avidin Glucose Oxidase was prepared from chromatographically pure avidin isolated from egg white followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Avidin and anti-Glucose Oxidase.

Store vial at 4° C prior to restoration. For extended storage aliquot contents and freeze at -20° C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4° C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use.

Avidin Glucose Oxidase Conjugated is a useful detection reagent for primary antibodies conjugated to biotin. Avidin Glucose Oxidase Conjugated has been tested by ELISA and can be utilized in both Western Blotting and ELISA experiment formats in combination with the proper substrate (TMB-1000 or FEMTOMAX-110) .
