BDP R6G amine is a fluorescent dye based on the borondipyrromethene (BDP) scaffold, functionalized with an amine and a terminal alkyne for Cu-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (Click chemistry) . It exhibits excitation/emission maxima at 530/548 nm and is widely used for labeling biomolecules in live-cell imaging and in vitro assays.
