Applications Notes
Suitable for use in ELISA or Lateral flow immunoassay (double antibody test for BT Cry 1Ab/Ac detection) as well as in Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not be excluded. Great activity for BT Cry 1Ab/Ac from all kind of BT GMO plant which is not reactive to some type of BT Corn) . Capable of creating tests with sensitivity of 2 ng/ml or 0.1% (1 BT GMO seed in 1000 Non-GMO seed) .
