Calcein Orange Diacetate

Calcein Orange Diacetate is a cell-permeant, non-fluorescent dye that is hydrolyzed by intracellular esterases in viable cells to produce the orange-fluorescent Calcein Orange (Ex/Em ~525/550 nm) . This fluorogenic probe is widely used for assessing cell viability and cytotoxicity in both in vitro and in vivo research applications.
