It differentially stains dsDNA (green, Ex/Em ~488/520 nm) and ssDNA/RNA (red, Ex/Em ~457/630 nm), enabling applications in cell cycle analysis, apoptosis detection, and viability assays in both in vitro and in vivo research models.
