CalFluor 555 azide

CalFluor 555 azide is a fluorogenic probe that remains dark until it undergoes a click reaction with alkynes, at which point it emits bright fluorescence (Ex=555 nm) . It is widely used for bioorthogonal labeling and imaging of biomolecules in both live-cell (in vivo) and fixed-sample (in vitro) studies.
