BSA conjugated cyclic citrullinated peptide, CCP-BSA. Citrulline Is the main component of citrullinated antigens in sera of patients with rheumatism anti filaggrin antibodies to identify determinants of composition. CCP was used as antigen substrate to detect anti CCP antibody in serum of patients with rheumatoid disease, which has high sensitivity and high specificity. Some studies have suggested that anti CCP is involved in the pathogenesis of rheumatoiddisease. In addition, patients with positive anti CCP antibody were more likely to have bone damage in the joints.
