CFSE
CFSE (CFDA-SE) is a cell-permeant, fluorescent dye that covalently labels intracellular proteins in live cells. It is widely used to track cell proliferation in both in vitro and in vivo studies, exhibiting green fluorescence (Ex/Em 488/518 nm) upon division.
