Concanavalin A-Cy3
Concanavalin A-Cy3 (Con A-Cy3) is a Cy3-labeled Concanavalin A. It is a plant lectin that requires Ca2+ (calcium ion) and Mn2+ (manganese ion) for activity and has a binding affinity for mannose/glucose. Concanavalin A can bind to N- and O-glycosylated proteins of glycoproteins in head and neck cancer cells [Ex/Em = 554/568 nm].
