Applications Notes

Suitable for use in ELISA or Lateral flow immunoassay (double antibody test for CP4 EPSPS detection) as well as in Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not be excluded. Great activity for CP4 EPSPS in GMO plant recombinant CP4 EPSPS as well as EPSPS in Agrobacterium sp. strain CP4. Capable of creating tests with sensitivity of 1 ng/ml CP4 EPSPS or 0.1% (1 GMO CP4 EPSPS seed in 1000 Non-GMO seeds) .
