Applications Notes
Suitable for use in ELISA or Lateral flow immunoassay (double antibody test for CRP detection) . Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not be excluded. Great relationship of activity and CRP concentration at CRP level of 0.5ng/ml. Excellent for CRP sensitivity test required for cut-off concentration at 5μg/ml or lower. No cross reaction with Human Hemoglobin, human transferrin, human albumin, etc.

50 mM NaCl 20 mM PBS pH 7.4 with 0.1% NaN3
