Cy2 (iodine)

Cy2 is a green-fluorescent cyanine dye (Ex/Em: 488/520 nm) used to label amino groups in biomolecules like oligonucleotides and proteins. It is widely applied in fluorescence microscopy and flow cytometry for both in vitro assays and in vivo imaging studies.
