Cy5-tetrazine

Cy5-tetrazine is a near-infrared fluorescent dye functionalized for bioorthogonal click chemistry via inverse-electron-demand Diels-Alder (iEDDA) reactions with trans-cyclooctene (TCO) . It enables sensitive, low-background imaging in live cells and in vivo for applications in cancer research, antibody-drug conjugate tracking, and biomolecule labeling.
