Cyanine3 amine hydrochloride is a green-fluorescent dye analog with a reactive primary amine, enabling conjugation to NHS esters, carboxylates, and epoxides. It exhibits excitation/emission maxima at 555/570 nm and is widely used for labeling biomolecules in fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, and in vitro diagnostics.
