DEAE-dex-Cy5 is a fluorescent conjugate combining the near-infrared dye Cy5 (λ~662 nm) with DEAE-dextran, a plasma volume expander. It is utilized for in vivo and in vitro imaging and cell tracking, as well as in studies of vascular biology and hemostasis.
