Dibenzylfluorescein
Dibenzylfluorescein (DBF) is a fluorogenic substrate for key cytochrome P450 enzymes including CYP3A4, CYP2C8, CYP2C9, CYP2C19, and aromatase. With excitation/emission at 485/535 nm and a K_m of 0.87-1.9 μM, it is widely used in vitro to assess CYP activity modulation by drugs or disease states in pharmacological and toxicological research.
