Carboxypyridostatin is a G-quadruplex ligand. Carboxypyridostatin has a highly molecular specificity to RNA on DNA G4s and reduces ATF-5 protein. Carboxypyridostatin reduces cell proliferation and hinders stress granule (SG) formation[1][2][3].
