D-Val-Leu-Lys-pNA dihydrochloride
D-Val-Leu-Lys-pNA dihydrochloride (D-VLK-pNA dihydrochloride) is a chromogenic substrate for enzyme proteases. It is catalytically cleaved and hydrolyzed by plasmin, releasing p-nitroaniline (pNA), which can be measured spectrophotometrically at 405 nm to assess plasmin activity.
