EE-Flipper 33

EE-Flipper 33 is a small-molecule fluorescent probe with a pKa of 10.6, enabling live-cell tracking of approximately 70% of early endosomes. It also selectively labels the Golgi apparatus under acidic conditions (pH 6.0–6.7), making it a valuable tool for studying endocytosis and organelle dynamics in live-cell imaging experiments.
