ELF97 phosphate (ELFP) is a non-cell-permeant, fluorogenic phosphatase substrate used to detect extracellular calcium ions. Upon enzymatic hydrolysis, it yields a yellow-green fluorescent signal (Ex/Em 345/530 nm), making it suitable for in vitro and in vivo imaging of cell surface calcium dynamics.
