Endotoxin Removal Resin has been designed to reduce endotoxin levels in protein samples by ≥99% while maximizing protein recovery. The Resin consists of 90μm beads of cross-linked 4% agarose, to which modified polymyxin B (PMB) has been coupled. Tests confirm that performance equals or exceeds popular polymyxin B (PMB) resins from other suppliers, and no decrease in performance occurs after at least five repeated uses.
