FDGlcU

FDGlcU is a fluorescent probe for non-invasive imaging with high activity (Ex/Em=480/514 nm), but its fluorescence is quenched upon conjugation with two mono-glucuronides. It is widely used in research for real-time monitoring of enzyme activity, particularly β-glucuronidase, in both in vitro assays and in vivo tumor imaging models.
