Fl-DIBO
Fl-DIBO is a fluorogenic, azide-selective click chemistry probe that rapidly forms a highly fluorescent triazole (λex/λem = 363/469 nm) upon cycloaddition. This copper-free reagent enables sensitive, low-background labeling of azide-tagged biomolecules for imaging and tracking applications in both live-cell and in vitro studies.
