Applications Notes
Suitable for use in ELISA or Lateral flow immunoassay (double antibody test for Influenza B virus antigen detection) . Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not be excluded. Great relationship of activity and Influenza B positive standard concentration at 1/10 and 1/100 diluted by 20 mM Phosphate buffered salt solution. No cross reaction with parainfluenza, respiratory syncytial virus, Adenovirus, etc.
