Fluo-3FF AM
Fluo-3FF AM is a cell-permeant, low-affinity calcium indicator (Kd ~42 μM) with excitation/emission at 462/526 nm. It exhibits a strong fluorescence increase upon intracellular cleavage and calcium binding, making it suitable for monitoring high calcium concentrations in live-cell and in vitro assays with minimal Mg2+ interference and good photostability.
