Fluo-4 potassium

Fluo-4 AM is a cell-permeable acetoxymethyl ester dye used to detect intracellular calcium ions (Ca2+), with excitation/emission maxima at 494/516 nm. It is widely applied in both in vitro and in vivo research for monitoring dynamic calcium signaling in live cells, tissues, and model organisms.
