Fluorescein-6-isothiocyanate

Fluorescein-6-isothiocyanate (6-FITC) is a reactive fluorescent dye used to label proteins, antibodies, and peptides via its isothiocyanate group, which conjugates to amine groups. With excitation/emission at 495/520 nm, it is widely applied for fluorescence microscopy, flow cytometry, and in vitro and in vivo imaging studies.
