Fluorescein-diphosphat (diammonium) is a colorimetric substrate synthesized from fluorescein isothiocyanate and adipic acid dihydrazide. It is widely used in enzymatic assays, particularly for detecting alkaline phosphatase activity in both in vitro biochemical research and in vivo imaging applications.
