Cas13 Storage Buffer, 1X

Store product at –20°C. For optimal storage, aliquot buffer into smaller quantities after centrifugation and store at recommended temperature. For most favorable performance, avoid repeated handling and multiple freeze/thaw cycles.

Frozen solution of buffer containing: 50mM Sodium Phosphate, pH 7.5, 0.3M NaCl, 10% glycerol, 1mM DTT. Always include RNase inhibitor at manufacturer recommended concentrations in Cas enzyme reactions.
