Dibromobimane

Dibromobimane is a thiol-reactive fluorescent probe used to label and crosslink cysteine and homocysteine residues in peptides and proteins. It is widely applied in vitro for studying protein thiol redox states, protein-protein interactions, and protein folding, and has also been utilized for fluorescent detection of biological thiols in cellular research.
