ELISA Blocking Buffer

Application : ELISA , ApplicationDilutionRange : Dissolve contents of one packet in one liter deionized water to yield a 0.05 M Tris, 0.138 M NaCl, 0.0027 M KCl, pH 8.0 at 25 oC, with 1% BSA.

Application Information: Prepared Tris buffered saline with 1% BSA, pH 8.0, is suitable for use as a postcoat solution in ELISA.Prepared Tris buffered saline with 1% BSA, pH 8.0, plus 0.05% Tween 20 (0.5 ml of 10% Tween 20 per 100 ml of postcoat) is suitable for use as sample and conjugate diluent.
