Coumarin-C2-TCO
Coumarin-C2-TCO is a fluorescent dye functionalized with a trans-cyclooctene (TCO) group, enabling rapid bioorthogonal labeling via inverse electron-demand Diels-Alder (iEDDA) reactions with tetrazine probes. This tool is extensively used in chemical biology for real-time imaging and tracking of biomolecules in both live-cell (in vitro) and animal (in vivo) research models.
