GPDA (Glycylproline p-nitroanilide tosylate) is a chromogenic substrate for the enzyme X-Prolyl dipeptidyl-aminopeptidase (DPP) . It is widely used in in vitro assays to measure DPP activity in biochemical research, including studies of enzyme kinetics and inhibitor screening.
