Applications Notes
Suitable for use in ELISA or Lateral flow immunoassay (double antibody test for E.coli H7 detection) . Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not be excluded. Excellent for H7 sensitivity test for cut-off concentration of 106 CFU/ml. No cross reaction with other O and H serotypes.
Preservative
50 mM NaCl 20 mM PBS pH 7.4 with 0.1% NaN3
