High-Affinity Iodoacetyl Agarose

This high-affinity thiol-coupling agarose resin efficiently immobilizes thiol-containing peptides, proteins, or other ligands via stable thioether bonds. It is widely used for affinity purification in biochemistry and molecular biology research, supporting both in vitro and in vivo experimental workflows. The 4% cross-linked agarose matrix provides a capacity of over 1 mg of a 7-amino-acid peptide per mL.
