HKOCl-4

HKOCl-4 (BXY2142) is a yellow-emitting rhodol-based fluorescent probe with high selectivity and sensitivity for hypochlorous acid detection. It features a longer absorption wavelength and superior pH stability compared to fluorescein analogs, with Ex/Em at 530/557 nm. This probe is suitable for imaging HOCl in both in vitro assays and in vivo models of inflammation and oxidative stress.
