HMBR
HMBR is a non-fluorescent small molecule that becomes a bright yellow fluorescent biosensor upon binding to the Y-FAST protein tag. This turn-on system enables real-time protein visualization and tracking in live cells (in vivo) and fixed samples (in vitro) for dynamic cellular imaging studies.
