Applications Notes

Suitable for use in ELISA or Lateral flow immunoassay (double antibody test for G2 EPSPS detection) as well as in Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not be excluded. Great activity for G2 EPSPS in GMO plant recombinant G2 EPSPS as well as EPSPS in Pseudomonas fluorescens G2 strain. Capable of creating tests with sensitivity of 1 ng/ml G2 EPSPS or 0.1% (1 GMO G2 EPSPS seed in 1000 Non-GMO seeds) .
