Oxonol VI
Oxonol VI is an optical indicator of membrane potential in lipid vesicles (excitation/emission wavelengths: 614/646 nm) . Oxonol VI can be used to detect changes in membrane potential associated with (Na+ + K+) -ATPase activity in reconstituted vesicles[1][2].
