Recombinant Human Fibroblast Growth Factor Basic (FGF basic or FGF2/bFGF) is a member of the FGF family. It is a heparin-binding growth factor secreted by endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells, and macrophages. It can promote the proliferation of a series of cells, including mesenchymal cells, neuroectoderm, vascular endothelial cells, and smooth muscle cells.
