MT1 is a monoclonal antibody derived by fusion of X63 Mouse myeloma cells with spleen cells from of Balb/c mice, intraperitoneally immunized with Human monocytes isolated by centrifugal elutriation. Immunizations were carried out at least twice at 2-week intervals with: A) cell suspensions of a lymph node involved by Hodgkin's disease; B) cell suspensions of a lymph node involved by Bchronic lymphatic leukemia; C) cells of Hodgkin's cell line DEV, respectively. No adjuvants were used (3) .

Storage Conditions
Maintain refrigerated at 2-8°C for up to 2 weeks. For long term storage store at -20°C in small aliquots to prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
