PB36 is a Mouse monoclonal IgG1, κ antibody derived by fusion of SP2/0 Mouse myeloma cells with spleen cells from a BALB/c Mouse immunized with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a 32 amino acid stretch in the cytoplasmic domain of integrin α3B including an appending N-terminal cysteine (CTRYYQIMPKYHAVRIREEERYPPPGSTLPTKK) coupled to keyhole limpet hemocyanin.
