Human CD3+ T Cell Isolation Kit (negative selection)
This negative selection kit isolates highly pure human CD3+ T cells from PBMCs using biotinylated antibodies and streptavidin magnetic beads to deplete non-target cells. The isolated cells are suitable for downstream in vitro functional assays, adoptive transfer studies in vivo, and research in immunology, oncology, and autoimmune disease.
