Immuno Automation Buffer 10X

This buffer is supplied as 10X solution. It is used as 1X in all immunoassays (Immunofluorescence, IHC, ELISA, WB etc), as a washing buffer and can be used as dilution buffer for antibodies; however it does not contain any carrier proteins.

Applications Notes

Preparation: Dilute this 10X buffer 10 times (e.g. 90 ml of deionized or distilled water + 10 ml of this buffer), mix well, and store 1 X buffer solution at room temperature or 2-8°C for several weeks. Application: Wash 3-5X with this buffer in between steps in all immunoassays protocol.
