Indo-1 AM
Indo-1 AM is a cell-permeant fluorescent calcium indicator excitable at 340 nm, with emission shifts from 485 nm to 405 nm upon Ca2+ binding. It is widely used for real-time monitoring of intracellular calcium dynamics in live-cell imaging, flow cytometry, and both in vitro and in vivo physiological studies.
