Applications Notes
Suitable for use in ELISA or Lateral flow immunoassay (double antibody test for IrrE protein detection) as well as in Western Blot. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not be excluded. Great activity for IRRE in GMO plant recombinant IrrE as well as IrrE protein in Deinococcus radiodurans. Capable of creating tests with sensitivity of 10 ng/ml IrrE protein or 1% (1 GMO IRRE seed in 100 Non-GMO seeds) .
