ICG PEG biotin (MW 5000) is a fluorescent dye composed of Indocyanine green (ICG), PEG, and biotin. Indocyanine green imparts fluorescence, PEG enhances biocompatibility and stability, while biotin facilitates binding to target molecules containing streptavidin for targeted imaging or delivery (Ex/Em = 785/813 nm) .
