Applications Notes
Suitable for use in immuneturbidimetry or Lateral flow immunoassay (double antibody test for Lp (a) detection) . Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not be excluded. When used as an immunoturbidimetric reagent the monoclonal antibodies mAb1 mAb2 and mAb3 are with a linear range of 2mg/dl-900mg/dl. When used as colloidal gold-labeled lateral immunochromatographic reagent the sensitivity can reach 1ng/ml and the hook effect appears at 100μg/ml.
